This Privacy Policy explains how BMG Media LLC ("BMG," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our apps and websites, including the BMG Catwalk Walk & Shop app, the BMG Interactive Magazine app, tvbmg.com, bmgcatwalk.com and tvbmgglobal.com (together, the "Services").

The short version

Our apps are content and shopping experiences. They do not require an account, they do not ask you to sign in, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Information you give us directly. If you contact us by email, phone, or a form on our websites (for example, a model or contributor submission), we receive the information you choose to send — such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message or submission.
• Purchase information. When you buy an app, an issue, a membership, or a product, payment is processed by the platform or payment provider you check out with (such as Google Play or Stripe). We receive confirmation of your purchase and the details needed to deliver it; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our servers may log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Information we do not collect

• Our apps do not require sign-in and do not collect account credentials.
• Our apps do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
• Our apps do not contain third-party advertising SDKs and do not use the Android Advertising ID.

How we use information

• To provide and deliver the Services and your purchases.
• To respond to your messages, submissions, and support requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve our apps and websites.
• To meet legal and tax obligations related to sales.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Services (for example, payment processors and hosting providers), and only for the purposes described above, or when required by law.

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
